I am using a ball mill for milling titanium and aluminium powder. For BPR which formula I should use? and what material should I choose for balls? and what should be the size of balls?
Hello, how will you handle the powders. Under nitrogen ? If not be aware of a fast occuring oxidization, with flame building and very high temperature.
Ball mill to obtain a powder can not be smaller than 10 microns. It is necessary to add a surfactant. Erased balls. Therefore, necessary to use balls made of titanium and aluminum. Dispersing the work is determined by the equation Rebinder. See file. P.36
