If you model it as it would actually be made, you will get the correct results.

Does it have a ground? If not there will be a big reflection at the SMA. Is it microstrip, or stripline, or a free-standing metal strip? Is the SMA connected to the ground? What happens if you get rid of the side branches so it is just a straight strip? What impedance is that? Does it match the 50 ohm coax?

Thanks for your answer. Actually i designed this structure without SMA. Because there are no SMA in published article that i am trying to follow. The problem i am facing is how to excite the structure.

Secondly, i have used ground. And SMA is connected with groud as well. This is stripline basically. I can share the simulated file, if you can help me to find the solution. I would be thankful to you in this regard.

CST will excite stripline if you define the dielectric face containing the end of the line, with the ground around it, as a waveguide port.

I tried the waveguide port by picking face of strip line to ground. But i couldn’t get the results.
