I checked your model. I found out that you have not assigned the element type properly. You need to choose "Explicit" and "Coupled Temperature-Displacement" to have elements with thermal degree of freedom. The element type should look like this: "C3D8T: An 8-node thermally coupled brick, trilinear displacement and temperature."

I choose the tool's mesh to be tet earlier.

Now i am taking hex elements. Can i use reduced integration to speed up my simulation i.e. C3D8RT
