The Role Checklist is composed of two sections:

1) Identify from a list of occupations that they have in the past present or furture been involved with

2) With said occupations, identify their level of importance (3 choices)

Problem: Determine how to convert the Checklist so that it can be completed in an online format. Ideally, the tool would also automate the scoring.
