if you want to investigate the 'intention to use' take a look at the following publications:
Ajzen, I., & Fishbein, M. (1980). Understanding Attitudes and Predicting Social Behavior. Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Prentice-Hall.
Venkatesh, V. & Davis, F. D. (2000): A theoretical extension of the technology acceptance model: four longitudinal field studies, in: Management science, Vol. 46, 186-204,
These are mainly focused on the acceptance of innovations / new technologies. Maybe the used items will help you. I don't know exactly in which field you want to investigate the intention to use, but there are several articles of different disciplines dealing with items based on the Technology Acceptance Model, first introduced by Fishbein, M. & Ajzen, I. (1975), (Belief, attitude, intention and behavior: An introduction to theory and research, Addison-Wesley: Reading)
With respect, I believe the antecedents won't change, however, the individual-difference factor will be different for each of the situations you mention:
Your example, intention to leave an organization:
Attitude 1: I found a company that has better conditions
Attitude 2: My boss and I do not get along
Attitude 3: I feel like its time to retire, I'm too old
As you can see the attitude is still the antecedent only the condition changes (based on values, motives and so forth) as a result of personal circumstance.
Respect for you comment, but i was saying that the antecedents would change with respect to the phenomenon. In case of your given example that is related to the phenomenon of leaving an organization. But when you would be studying another phenomenon like intention to kill someone, or intention to by the goods, or intention to invest in capital market, the antecedents will definitely change.
I was thinking of intention as per the theory of planned behaviour. I did have my reasons for not associating the two, but I can see the contextual problem it poses. If you review Azjen (1991) work, you will see that the anticendents do not change, however for each phenomenon, the statistical variance that each particular anticendent would relate or account for the intended behaviour increases or decreases according to individual-difference and other factors.
