Do you happen to have bees among your samples? Which sampling/collection method did you use?

I have a few specimens of bees. I collect and conserv specimens in alcohol 90°.

Maybe the editor or authors of the series Arthopod Fauna of the UAE can help.

Louis' idea is great, Tony van Harten has a very large and hugely relevant network of specialists on North African and Arabian insects. Myself I study the Diptera family Psychodidae from the Afrotropical region, and depending on the size of your samples I would be very interested in helping you with those.

I have a lot of Diptera but I think I don't have Psychodidae.

If you use Berlese funnel, you can collect mites and small arthropods, and if you find mites of the order Mesostigmata, as they should be found in these habitats, then I can help you to identify them.
