I love this subject.

You have many different categories within an organization where different sets of ethics are used.

Financial Accounting

Data Reporting

Social Responsibility

Professional Development

Executive Staff Morality

Many different aspects of Human Resource action such as firing and hiring are well governed and stringently ethically principled.

Overall, every business transaction, no matter how broad or how narrow, can be a matter of ethical dilemma, which is half of your question.

Organizational justice in what sense? If there is law involved, then the courts will prosecute. If no law has been broken but a significant lack of social responsibility, such as an oil rig disaster, then usually a company will place the executive in charge on leave and change his or her assignment rather than terminate. Is this justice? Is this ethically moral? It makes perfect sense from a business taking, but not an ethical decision from the outside. You decide.

Now, doing business Internationally is a different story, and you would have to narrow your research to receive a reply on religious work ethics. For example, Japan is male dominated. A female US businesswoman, even if she is the CEO, cannot stand before men and conduct business. It just will not work.

Then again, many businesses nowadays are internationally principles and work with the understanding of difference, as society is much more globally dependent. This also includes foreign policy, such as that Egypt still trades with Israel or how North Korea does trade with the South. It completely depends on what scale you are talking on. Of course, if you are Japanese and hope to visit another country in hopes of doing business, the businessman would have to deal with the fact that in the US, there are female CEOs and these businessmen would have to respect that.

In other words, those seeking business with a country takes up those ethical principles of the host country.

I still think that your question for analysis is far too broad of a discussion with an incredible amount of variables which would take a considerable amount of time and a doctorate thesis to examine, along with years of research data to finalize.

Ethics are defined as moral beliefs and rules or obligations with regard to right and wrong. Work ethics are the moral values, beliefs, and rules that establish the appropriate way for employees of an organization to perform their jobs and to deal with each other and people outside the organization.
