Kafa biosphere reserve (KBR) is among the four biosphere reserves in Ethiopia. It comprises a number of natural forests with frequent cloud cover, low evaporation rate, high plant-mediated condensation harboring a large amount of biodiversity including structurally dependent plants such as bryophytes and epiphytes. It was established in 2010, as one of the natural heritage sites of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves, covers 760,144 ha which is a home for Coffea arabica L. main speciation sites as well as high repository for several highland biodiversity assemblages. So far, studies attempted in KBR and nearby coffee agroecosystem were limited and insignificant consideration was given. Thus, any interested body is welcome to do collaborative research. Thanks indeed!
