You might want to request a loan from a Natural History Museum and at the same time explain that the specimen(s) are to be used in destructive sampling. I am sure many museums have material fresh available for such studies.

Approach Burgert Muller or Jason Londt, both are at the KwaZulu-Natal Museum, South Africa. They have a wealth of Afrotropical material, incl. specimens preserved in alcohol for DNA analysis.
