For achieving the collective objectives of entrepreneurship development & education, it is very essential that the faculty associated with Higher Educational Institutions and Universities know the goals of Entrepreneurship Development and Education and act accordingly.

This project creates an instrument (Measurement tool) that helps in estimating the university faculty readiness for entrepreneurship development and education.

There is a lack of relevant studies in this context particularly for a measurement tool specifically designed for accessing the readiness of university faculty and also there is the slackness of other related tools that could improve teachers’ readiness and development as entrepreneurship educators.

We wish to make this project a basis for the future development of a measurement tool and system for accessing entrepreneurship readiness and education activities from the teachers’ perspective as an entrepreneurship educator by understanding the teacher’s reflections on entrepreneurship education, focusing especially on the IDEA, PRACTICE, and MOTIVATION, UNDERSTANDING.

A reflective literature review on entrepreneurship tells suggests that there are very limited versions of specific information tools for measuring the faculty readiness for entrepreneurship. This project develops a measurement instrument to estimate the readiness for entrepreneurship of University faculty for PERPETUATION and development of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
