The construct is needed to measure entrepreneurial behavior model. So basically scale for entrepreneurial information behavior would be more appropriate or scale for information behavior could be adopted for the construct. If none exist, I have to go through the long journey of developing a new scale.
You need to define informational mission and informational vision. After Explanation of the Mission & Vision Model, it is ready to start a "Gap Analysis" which shows your performance in an informational behavior. If you analyze respective gap seasonally, it will show you even relating growth.
