my theme topic in research is workplace bullying so that I am not decided which working place will be appropriate to gaining my data. please provide me a field where bullying is common in the workplace.
I've done research on school bullying, and supervised a PhD on workplace bullying. In terms of WB in India, look out the work of Premillia D'Cruz (who is on Research Gate). I've also found the following articles:

Hello Amit. Very interesting issue. Congrats for choosing this research area. I've also undertaken a couple of research works on workplace harassment/bullying. And the sample enterprises I chose were from the financial cooperatives in Nepal, as they are the most largely increasing economic sector in Nepal.
