Find a very popular willy's jeep forum online somewhere, there are people on these forums who may have one of these engines sitting around. That's all I got for you Ram...
I have not yet found a jeep engine picture with its exhaust valve on the block... Infact even an ordinary jeep's engine picture itself is difficult to trace out... kindly someone help me please...
There are many types of "Jeep" (e.g., M38, CJ2A, CJ3A, CJ3B) so it is kind of difficult to answer this definitively. If you are referring to an M38 or older CJ2 or CJ3 series with the Willys-Overland 60 BHP L-134 "Go-Devil" side-valve engine, then there are a number of images and diagrams of this engine available on-line. This was not an F-head engine but was a true side-valve inline 4-cylinder engine with both intake and exhaust valves arranged in a single row within the engine block. The valve-in-block arrangement for this particular engine can be seen within a diagram here:

and installation of this engine in what I believe is a military M38 Jeep can be seen here:
Examples of F-head engines (overhead intake valve in head, sidevalve exhaust valve in block), including the Willy's Hurricane engine used in the Jeep CJ3B, can be seen here:
Also, next time I would suggest searching on Google or other search engine. There are literally hundreds of pictures and diagrams of these engines available via the Internet and it took me less than 5 minutes to find these examples.
