I am having trouble contacting a person on ReserchGate but ResearchGate says no such person exists. What should I do next?

I received a note on ResearchGate from Yating Luo. I replied and gave Professor Luo my email. He replied to me on ReserchGate but when I tried to answer I was informed you have nobody by that name on your files. What do you suggest I do next?
