I have two tubular geometries namely outer tube and inner tube. Initially they are not in contact but when load is applied on the outer tube it will get deform and collide with the inner tube. One end of both the tube is fixed.

About mesh tetrahedral and hexahedral both elements I have tried with element size of 0.2 to 0.5 mm. Sir I am sharing my geometry with mesh and also individual. There is a fix support shows by blue color at one end

You can import your model into Ansys Apdl,and Use augmented Lagrangian formulation
