I am developing a bioglass and during the process, the MgO nanoparticles were mixed in certain amount. After bioglass formation the XRD result of MgO-bioglass showing the amorphous phase. what is reason behaind this while XRD of only MgO nanoparticles are showing peaks?

I don´t know if I understood your question. But the MgO particles may have become part of the glass (amorphous) phase.

I have already mixed some nanoparticles into the structure of bioactive glasses once. Getting the peaks from your crystalline phase can be quite challenging, depending on the number of nanoparticles you have in your final powder.
I would suggest you apply a moderate step size in your XRD software (0.01°/s or even lower). Then, I think you will get a better resolution in your diffractogram. After I did this change in my XRD software, I got way better XRD results, and all my crystalline peaks were identifiable.
