Dear Bhavsar

You will find the code of different mobility model including random walk etc in different simulators such as GloMoSim but i am sure you will be able to modify it for the NS 2.

We have simulated even VANET model there so i am sure it will be useful.

I think Random way point is default mobility model in NS2.
