I guess you meant "open access" (that's how Iinterpreted it).
Look at DOAJ - Directory of Open Access Journals - anything you find within this Directory will be open access.
But you will also find lots of open access papers out of DOAJ (through Google) because many regular journals started giving the authors the option of publishing under open access (usually paying a fee), and this is becoming common.
Google Scholar should be a good staring point for searching all open source papers.
