At the pole, there are points A, B,C, whith the 3- phase discharges. Can this be scaled to smaller voltage systems, and it is the one-direction driving mechanism, and how much % loss? It is sometimes denoted Corona-effect, but not entirely clear if it is quantised.

Transposition does not combat corona effect. It is done to equalize the impedance in all 3 phases.
The issue is that the capacitance and mutual inductance of the phases depends on the position they hang on the poles. This would mean, absent transposition, that capacitance and inductance of the 3 phases is different, and this is awkward. It leads to extra losses (and most likely unbalance) in the generator.
To avoid this, transposition is done.

Thank you. Indeed it is a huge field, and I actually decided before reading the second answer, to consider only one issue.
It suggests that the electromagnetic path and propagations around the three points agree with the constraint put by defining eigentimes as in the attached file.
I made the diagrams also for f=3 and f=3/2.
