It is very useful topic for third wold cvountries because people of these countries are very poor and illitrate.
But, at the same time, many europeans graduated of universities into the "first world", are migrating to others countries, because they can´t find a job as professionals. That´s the case of thousand of spaniards.
I think, we need to change the definition of grwoth, development. Bcaz, just only quantitative growth dosn't solve the all problems. But through the development of qualities of people can solve near to all problems. H.C.D. is the source of real development of country.
Human Development through migration is robing the poorer countries. Those who migrate to the developed countries from the developing counties have little regard for their fellow beings in their own country. They take the best of what their countries can give them and then forget all about where they came from. It may not be news that most of the money that comes from the migrants into a developing country are from the unskilled or semi skilled workers. Those who have benefited the most from these countries look at their own development and forget their roots. It would be worthwhile look at the nature of migration that takes place and the motives for these migrations. It is hardly true that there are no jobs for doctors in India while while so many villages do not have any doctor. What they are saying is that they do not get the money that they are looking for. This shows lack of concern towards their fellow beings.
