Human ALT (GTP) ELISA from BioVision?

Recently when we run the HuALT ELISA from BioVision the blank has some color in it, while our samples diluted 1:25 do not and are Below Limit of Quantitation. We're run samples from the same animal before without a problem. So there are 2 issues. One is the color in the blank and second is that the samples are lower than previously.

Any ideas what may be happening?
