Hello, dear colleagues. I am trying to make an SBF and have some problems with it. First problem is how do you measure temperature in process? And what color should be ultimately succeed?
cont. temperature can be measured my laboratory thermometer. SBF should be transparent solution or colorless solution

Did you measure temperature in the solution or in the water bath? Because wnen we put the thermocouple there were something on it and the solution become muddy.
And one more question. Did you use a solution from article Kokubo 2006 or from iso 23317:2007? There is a big difference between the amount of TRIS.

I have made SBF solution several times, and I have followed the attached articles to make it. Also, you can follow the BS ISO 23317:2014 standard procedure.

But i found out that in ISO 2007 the amount of TRIS is 118 g per 1 l of SBF and in article is 6.118 g. That is really great difference.
