Some journals allow you to thank reviewers, or other people who contributed to your manuscript. You may use this option. I am not sure it's a transparency issue though, because in general when we write papers, we are inspired and affected by many ideas and people. If these ideas were not published in a way that we can cite, we usually can't acknowledge their contribution. I'm not sure it can be changed.

The common way of handling this is adding a footnote saying "I am grateful to an anonymous reviewer who pointed this out." or something to that effect.

However, as Rivka Tuval-Mashiach mentioned, it might depend on the journal. Perhaps seek the style sought by the journal you are going to approach? For example, this is the advice from Springer:

I was under the impression that part of my reflexive work to evaluate the underlying influences on my interpretation of the findings included some disclosure of the origins of a conceptual framework that I would have otherwise not used. However, from your responses I understand that this is not necessary.

In addition to adding a footnote thanking and/or acknowledging anonymous reviewers, I have seen individuals address their reviewers' comments directly within the text. For example, something like: "As one of the reviewers pointed out..." or "based on one reviewer's comments..." This is also perfectly acceptable and will make those reviewers feel good when they have to put the final approval on your work!
