I need to know if there has been any research done on this. EIAs are large documents and I need to know the simplest means by which I could evaluate an EIA study for climate change considerations.

Juvelle usually EIAs are to be reviewed by experts. I like Michael's answer. Obviously you need to read and see if it makes sense. However, climate change considerations in EIA reports cannot be straightforward. There should be complex models supporting the reporting and conclusions.
