Thank you Prof Delides for the reply. Can you suggest what type of test (Oscillation/Viscometry etc) in a Rheometer would be accurate to estimate the value? I ran few oscillation tests at 1 hz and considering the maximum value of storage modulus (G') as the shear modulus of the fluid. Can you please comment on the validity of this procedure?
