I'm doing research that includes analysis of dendritic spines, shapes, slices, brain areas ect... on golgi staining images taken on an iPhone. I need to find a 3D imaging software for clarifying the images. I have a mac and am having a lot of trouble finding a free version that will download without malware or will open correctly. If anyone knows a 3D dendrite imaging program that they got free for mac, please let me know.
