Is this even a meaningful question, in the sense of having specific parameters and scope that define it? What are its underlying assumptions, or, better, what questions must first be asked and answered before even the first question can be answered?
First start our with a clear set of definitions:
1. Are you interested in "clinical practices" in general, that is, the set of all clinical practices?
2. Are you interested in only a small subset of "clinical practices?"
3. If you are interested in (2.), name and define that subset of clinical practices you are interested in, e.g., the clinical practice of medicine, the clinical practice of psychology, among others.
4. Are you interested in "clinical practices" of very different types that suggested by the examples in (3.).
