How we find fraction of atom in compound using weight percent and atomic present from EDS spectroscopy?

In our compound we have oxygen and fraction of oxygen is not accurate. What is region behind it?

Dear Kumawat,

Generally, many factors work for this dissimilarity. We could define them as preparation conditions. I have attached a link below where you could find the formula to study the EDS more easily.
