I'm working on the powder painting of details with difficult geometry.
The tribostatic method has a good result about this
I try to use electrostatic method to deside this problem. But the Faraday effect is a big problem.
Can anyone give some advice how I can paint the difficult detail (picture in the letter)?

Dear Dmitry,
You can reduce the elostratic load by decreasing the voltage and use the advantage of gravity by changing the position of the part and gun. However if this is for a mass production, it would not be efficent due to the low recovery of the powder.

Indeed, reducing the voltage has helped to improve painting (thickness increased up 10 to 22 mkm). And also we found that the angle of guns attack is the one of key parameters.
Like Claude Le Gressus sad we also need learn more deeply psyhical nature of electrostatic painting process
Perhaps we will try a phased combination painting (corona and tribo)
