Be informed that the shear rate is inversely proportional to fluid viscosity and it is defined as the rate of Change of velocity when one layer of fluid passes over an adjacent layer divided by the distance between them.Higher shear rate translates into lower fluid viscosity and vice versa. So controlling the fluid viscosity is a principal factor in maintaining shear rate.
I agreed with your answer but when we are flow in the well ,after that it is going to reduce regularly and we have to use more additives (Polymer) to adjust it.
