I am working for evaluating a best protocol for Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA extraction from the body fluids without using any Kit, We prepared different lysis buffer and wash buffer for silica columns but we are having some troubles after Gel Electrophoresis. So please reply me for getting a best protocol.
