I am trying to calculate complex refractive index from Kramers-Kronig relation using matlab code. I have reflectance data measured from UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. Please provide me instructions for calculating the same problem using matlab code or provide me matlab code if possible. I am not much more familiar with matlab. Kramers-Kroning relation are attached here in word file. I need help...thanks in advance.
I am not familiar with the data a spectrophotometer is likely to provide but there is a toolbox for using the KKg relations. Please download the Matlab toolbox from here:

Download the ZIP file. You may need to format the data to provide arguments at regular intervals to the function in the toolbox. Interp command can help. If you need more info, please read the comments by the code writer carefully. Hope this helps
