What is the solubility of Losartan (HY-17512) in DPBS or water?

Hi，

Losartan (HY-17512) is poorly water-soluble and essentially insoluble in aqueous solutions, resulting in precipitation. Aqueous dissolution is not recommended. DMSO is recommended for dissolution.

Losartan potassium, HY-17512A, an equivalent sodium salt, is biologically equivalent to HY-17512. This sodium salt is highly water-soluble. A stock solution can be prepared in pure water and stored in aliquots. Upon use, dilute with culture medium or PBS for immediate dilution.
