What kinds of nanoparticles you mean? If it is metal nanoparticles, you can generate it from its associated precursor that is generally metal salt through either method chemical reduction or physical reduction in a suitable solvent which is containing cationic surfactant as a stabilizer. Organic polymeric matrix can be then added into the solution, and make sure it become homogen and let it a few hours to provide time the metal nanoparticles deposited on the polymeric matrix surface.
