How undertake Techno-economic analysis of Biomass Pyrolysis Plant? Does Mass-Energy balance has role? Is any standard cost-benefit analysis protocol?

We are experimenting with pilot plant pyrolysis unit with biomass and industrial solid waste as input material. The power consumption is about 43 KHW and processing capacity is around 30 to 50 kg/hour. The outputs are biochar/solid product; bio-oil/liquid product and gases. How to calculate the techno-economic/cost-benefit ratio?
