We have got a microscope system with a vertically positioned camera. With this system, we want to take a picture of a water droplet in a horizontal axis. Does anyone know of a mirror or prism-like apparatus example that can turn the image 90 degrees as the vertical camera can see?
1st: What is the aspect ration of your camera: Why am I asking?
If your image is quadratic, you need not to care about an image rotation.
Why do you not rotate the camera? Why am I asking?
Rotational adjustment for the mounting flange of the camera should be easily available.
Why do you not rotate the image, especially if this is a digital camera? Why am I asking?
Digital image rotation is provided by about any software used to present Images - even ppt can do it.
If you really want to rotate the image, all is needed are 3 mirrors mounted like indicated below by simple symbols (only roughly correct for that)

two mirrors at almost 45° tilted in the beam, as the two sides of my delta-letter, and a mirror mounted together with these two sideways to backreflect the beam from the first tilted mirror to the secon one, bringing it back on the old axis.
If you rotate the 3-mirror device around the original axis of the beam, you will see the observed image rotating at double the speed. A prisme device doing this is called "dovetail prisme". BUT: Do not do this, since you will very much limit the angle of view and get only an image in the center of your camera after inserting a dovetail prisme - most likely.
JUST ROTATE THE CAMERA OR THE DIGITAL IMAGE!
Or if you do not so easily believe in Einstein: Rotate gravity, but have some eager graduate students in need of support do this for you! They will need a while and can live from it for that time.

Unfortunately the microscope system isn't in my institiution, my acces is limited to this reason. The sistem is only moving in the vertical axis. It has not a mounting flange.
I must see basic parameters before develop a prototype contact angle measurement device. I must be determine optimum droplet diameter interval (such as 10-50 um, 20-100um or 50-200um) on natural surfaces.
After I determined optimum diameters I will choose syringe, tips, pump, cameras, optics, other hardwares and softwares. Finally I will prapere a project document for take a research support. The document must include what will I buy.
If I can't rotate image for the microscope system, I will try another solutuions such as remote capture supported Canon cameras with microscope lens.
I believe Einstein. An enough artifical gravitiy field can rotate fotons and time, can't it? But unfortunately I'm not a physicist.

A twisted periscope will rotate a beam or image by 90 degrees. See Fig. 1(b) in the paper:
