How tocombine plasma (Ar), Air (oxydizer) and the fuel (waste) in non-premixed combustion (ANSYS Fluent) ?

I'm modeling in Ansys Fluent a system consisting of a single fuel (Waste) and a single oxidizer stream (oxygen), and I need to enter another gas of plasma (Argon), I don't know how to add plasma. I'm trying to do non-premixed comustion to my problem.
