Can anybody give me any suggestion regarding writing a good Literature review paper to be published in SCI indexed journal. My Area is Machine Learning. I made a survey of more than 60 papers.

I would like to suggest some of the points that are useful for a survey paper:
1. Since your study is voluminous (60 papers), make sure that the content doesn't mess up.
2. Try to be as much crisp and specific about each paper as possible.
3. Highlight the industrial significance of each paper (if applicable).
4. Discuss the pros and cons of each paper.
5. Add your perspective towards the larger problem and about the shortcomings of these papers.
6. Make sure that all the papers (those you are reviewing) are published in SCI journals.
7. Your paper should be individually capable of reviewing the specific field thoroughly.
