How to write cyclic loading in OpenSees?

Hi there, I'm having trouble with adding cyclic loading in OpenSees software. My task is to model a reinforcing bar under cyclic loading and compare the response with the experimental results. However, my stress strain graphs are so far off from the experimental. Would be great if someone could help as I'm stuck for a while now. Attached is the tcl file, matlab file to plot and experimental results to compare it with. Thank You!.

Please try to assign the load using a loop as per the following page:
