I have send my research article in many Scopus index journals but most of them rejected by citing reason that article missing innovation and add value to research knowledge base.
1. Select the right type of journal where your research report best fits in.
2. See some of the published work in that journal and compare your work (the data collected) accordingly and then sent out the manuscript to the editor- in- chief of that journal.
Of course it is need less to say that the journal must be listed in SCOPUS.Note that SCOPUS is a service to certain publishers from Elseviers only.
EACH journal title has its own requirements. See the website of the journal and download the AUTHOR information. the package should provide information regarding the requirements, i.e. format, citation, length, frequency of publication, review process, etc.
