How to visualize cells seeded on Millicell-HA transwell?

Hi,

I am working with Millicell-HA transwell to culture HCE-2 cells. But as the transwell in opaque, not able to visualize the cells. Can someone help me?

Hi Swetha, you could try inserts with an ultra clear membrane optics (less pore density), such as cellqart clear membrane. Good luck!
