I can access the cluster remotely by ssh in linux and now I could be in login node. Among various software installed in the cluster, I want to use one of them say, mathematica. For this, I did in the cluster login node as
module load mathematica
Then, entered the command 'mathematica'. I am missing something, so I could not initiate mathematica.

Are you going to use Mathematica (or any other GUI application) interactively? If yes (which is a bit odd to do that), and assuming you are using Windows, take a look at the links below.
