I'm new to deep learning, Please I'm looking for guide in how to use recurrent neural network (RNN) for classification of ECG and EEG signals. I have read some tutorial, but I still have no clue about step by step implementation, there is a lot of example for image classification not signal classification. For example, Do we need to extract some features from the signal (ECG or EEG) to be used for training the network ? or we can do the pre processing of the signals and then directly feed the signals to the network . How to devie the data into training and testing? . how to make the label for the training and testing. Please help!
Now a days, deep learning is extensively used in BCI research. Deep learning is nothing about the large multi-layer neural network with back propagation approach. You may also used gradient descent function to measure the accuracy. You may follow the below paper,
