While making Organic solar cells I would like to know whether we can use Photolithography , and if it is possible how to do ?
You can use photolithography to virtually anything that's flat. Whether it makes sense is a completely different question.
Are you aware of how photolithography works ?
To elaborate on the above answer by U Dreher:
Assuming you have glass covered in ITO, thoroughly wash the substrate with e.g. acetone, isopropanol etc.
Cover the now clean substrate with photoresist such as e.g. S1818. You may want to put the substrate on a hotplate for a few seconds to dry off remaining solvent.
Expose the photoresist to UV-radiation through a photomask.
Soak the substrate in developer such as e.g. MF319. You will notice a colour change between the exposed and non-exposed areas of the photoresist after 10-30 seconds.
Etch the ITO where the photoresist has been removed using e.g. SVC-175. Hydrochloric acid will also work, but you have the risk of water leading to the ITO peeling off the glass.
You can remove any remaining photoresist using acetone (propanone) now, or leave it until when it is needed. The photoresist will help keep the ITO clean.
