I am a student from the University of Paris - Saclay. Since one week, I make an intership in a laboratory which perform qPCR. I have to analyse all the data from these qPCR, so yesterday I have downloaded LinReg PCR. But I didn't manage to use it, because the PCR apparatus is a LightCycler 480. As I read the help (PDF file) on how to use LinReg, I have also dowloaded LC480 converter to convert my text file from LC480 into an excel file which LinReg can read. But here is my problem, when I try to open a text file with LC480 converter, a message appear saying "plate format not recognised". Still, my data appear on screen. When i click on "Convert to grid" an other message appear "List index out of bounds (-1)". How can I manage to convert my data into a file that I can use with LinReg ?
