How to uninstall Thermo XCalibur 4.2. ?

I would require some help from you about how to uninstall Thermo XCalibur 4.2. When I tried to uninstall it error appeared “Data acquisition is in progress or the instrument is in an errorstate, Xcalibur setup will be terminated!”
