Hello everyone, I need help for my thesis. After publishing a questionnaire, I find myself analyzing the results for the effect of some variables (such as the familiarity, the perceived security, etc.) on the trust a person has towards a collaborative economy platform. However, the IV are measured on the Likert scale, while the DV is binary (Yes/No). Which test should I use ?

I would build a logit regression and look at the significance levels of the coefficients. Another approach is to analyse curves CAP/ROC and to calculate accuracy ratios for explaining variables.
To test whether there is a relationship between your DV and IV you can use rank biserial correlation which is used to assess the relationship between a dichotomous categorical variable and an ordinal variable.
