How to take the absorption coefficient to find out the band gap for silver molybdate coated carbon fiber sheett?

Here, Silver molybdate was coated on carbon sheet by using hydrothermal method. I got straight line for this material in UV-Visible spectroscopy. There is no peak was observed. How can I find out the band gap? Is there any possibility to find out the band gap?

Scattering effect is high in carbon sheet and It is better to take the DRS than UV-Vis. From DRS, you can calculate the band-gap using kubelka-munk equation.
