If you can not purchase it in the market, you can synthesize it from 2-bromo-6-flouro-3-metoxyanilin (1). Compound 1 is converted to 2-bromo-6-fluoro-3-metoxybenzenecyanide (2) using Sandmeyer reaction method, then compound 2 is reduced by Raney-Ni/formic acid 75% at reflux temperature.
