Hi all,

I have successfully installed Gromacs on an F16 Ubuntu Virtual Machine on Azure using a Microsoft Sponsorship. I have executed, in real time from an SSH command line, the benchmark simulations.

Now, I want to be abe to execute a 'proper' Gromacs job. Unfortunately, I have no idea how I submit a job to my VM without running it in real time. I assume I need to install something like Gridengine?

Has anyone tried Gromacs on Azure before?
